Licia Boudersa is now a two-time World Boxing Federation (WBF) Women’s World Super Featherweight champion after winning the vacant title against Argentinian Agustina “La Amazona” Rojas. Boudersa, fighting in front of a hometown crowd at the Casino Barriere, first held the title between 2018 and 2019, and never lost it in the ring, as she moved down to Featherweight to win the IBO world title. In the bout last night, Boudersa effectively out-boxed Rojas in every round, giving the visitor very little chance to gain momntum at any point. Unfortunately Manzur experienced an injury to her her left ear, and had a significant swelling, where the injury opened up causing bleeding. Daniela said after the fight, that she thanked her family, her promoter and others and that she said that she didn’t know that her opponent had an operation, and that she was a fighter fighter. Undefeated Germany-based Thai Phannarai Netisri successfully defended the World Boxing Federation (WBF) Womens World Super Bantamweight title on Tuesday, October 3, at the Grosse Freiheit in Hamburg. Netisri, who, except for two bouts in the Czech Republic, has boxed exclusively in Germany since turning pro in 2019, scored a wide unanimous decision over American Danielle Bennett. The defending champion found good solutions to an otherwise tricky assignment against a much taller, southpaw opponent, and was simply the better, sharper and more active boxer. After ten rounds of boxing, judges Irene Kostenko, Dominic Kuhaupt and Joerg Ilinseer all scored the fight identically: 98-92. Only twenty-three years old, Netisri improved her professional record to 14-0 (6), while NABF titlist Bennett lost her second world championship-challenge and drops to 7-2 (1) after winning her previous five fights. The fight was the main event of a show promoted by Boxen in Norden.
